I have a brand new Murray transmission I got from Sears I 1st put on it locked up so I took it off It had gear oil in it I don't know what kind of girl it had but it was very sticky so I put 10W50 in there and it worked fine fine so I'm not gonna To use image Gear oil

nope the parts i bought was from a north 40 and a baring supply place
Hows the grease and oil mix holding up?
i broke my axle plowing so i haven't really had much chance to look at it
What is the orange grease you used on the shafts ends ?

i used gear oil from walmart and grease mixed together not sure of the name
