I work on a farm with the exact same amount of acres, cattle, equipment, and we run it just fine with the 4 of us. During calving season, we really don't hire any vetrinarian to do any injection or emergency situation. We were pulling a calf when a prolapse happened on the cow. The other person I was working with that night and myself pushed it back in, sowed it up myself, and injected it with detox.
