This can be transformed into a resort, I never felt so intrigued by watching Ma'am Beth for your delightful personality and a great showmanship of your beautiful place to Sir Buddy and family. But i can not do anything as of now, kasi , wala pa akong means to stay, otherwise, walang mag finance. Mahirap talaga ang nag start up pa lng ng farm. Lahat palabas. God knows, how much i wanted to managed by my own, in His perfect time and will. Mahaharap ko din personally ang munti naming farm.🙏🙏🙏

Another business model is to mix home stay with people interested in weekend farming. Bigyan ng room & board at a good rate. Then let visitors experience working on a farm. That way ma realize nila if farming is really for them.
Yun Isa din parang yun Kay Brother Elmer, 1000sqm lot, the weekend farmer enjoys planting & the rest of the week workers naman ang mag alaga.
Finally mayroon Costalles model. Investors fund the planting of a certain field with a crop. They pre agree on sharing of profits upon harvest. Na tanggal sa farmer ang funding. Yun lang need ng farmer to be reliable & consistent.

Ang experiment ko ng Manga kong tanim ay inumpisahan ko ang pagbe Bend ( Gradual at mayroon Tali ) sa main stem ng Manga ( Trunk ) pagkatapos na nabuhay na ang Manga.
Kung young pa ang Main Stem ay flexibel pa ang kahoy niya at madaling mahilot pa. Dito mahirap nang tumbahin pa ng Bagyo dahil nauna nang nakayuko at kung mabubuwal man ang nasabing Halaman ay Super duper na ang Bagyo.

Try nyo po compost tea with trichoderma for the fungi infestation applied as foliar.
Edit: This will wipeout all good and bad bacteria and Fungi but it is necessary if hindi na talaga ma control ung infestations. Then, add high quality compost extract sa soil and compost tea sa foliar.

Di talaga maganda ginawa nya, it looks like the day that he received the last huge sum, he left the farm. Di nasunod yung usapan nila sir Buddy na 4mos, ni kahit 1mo man lang sana, at sana naggsabi man lang din.pinabayaan lang basta2, pera2 lang ksi.
