I love the simplicity of her voice, nothing pressed, just natural with effortless phrasing. His voice is the perfect compliment to hers.
I just like the world a little bit more every time I hear these two play.

I love all of Watchhouse's music, but the old-timey sound of this one hits me in all the feels. Another gorgeous Emily lead vocal and of course their amazing harmony.
Second tune of Mandolin Orange I've had the pleasure of listenin' to. Love their fresh use of old time sounding arrangements !!!
I'd say after listening to a lot of their material that Emily and Andrew are a couple of old souls... and we are the better for it.
This fed my insatiable hunger for Folk Music in the classic tone!!
A good friend of mine turned me on to this band. Yesterday was his funeral. I managed to mostly keep it together, until I listened to this song this morning.
I learned about this band just a few minutes ago. The third song that i listened 'Waltz About Whiskey' is exactly my situation right now though it hasn't kicked in yet because i haven't started hard yet.
It was like God was telling me something, and i did cry a little. God told me why i really do it and i didn't even know.

Rather than comment on the act (they're great), I am going to give kudos to the video makers. There are so many videos online that are just awful. This one shows that the video doesn't have to be complex or expensive to be good. This one is very simple, but with good audio quality and both focus and framing well done. A good lesson for pending video makers.
