    완성된 초콜릿을 자를때는 칼을 불로 지져서 따뜻하게 만든 뒤 자르거나 뜨신물에 칼을 잠시 담근 뒤에 칼에 묻은 물기를 닦은후에 자르면 잘 잘립니당
    그리고 연유 + 코코아가루 할때 잘 안섞이면 연유를 전자렌지에 좀 데운 후에 섞으면 더 잘 섞어용

    초콜릿+우유가 수분이 없는 이유가 전자레인지에 돌릴때 너무 많이 돌려서 분리가 난거에요!
    분리가 나면 카카오성분이랑 지방이 분리가 나기 때문에 냉장고에서 꺼냈을때도 단단한거에용
    전자레인지에 너무 많이 돌리지 마시고,중탕 추천해요!!

    판쵸코릿을 부수고 연유를 넣어서 렌즈에 녹여서섞어주는군요
    엄청 부드럽고 달콤한 쵸콜릿이 될것 같아요
    거기에 가루를 뿌려주고 예쁘게 모양 잡아서 잘라내니 넘 맛나보이네요
