@@meshy744 Yes indeed I do . The only reason I have to avoid fat is because I have no gall bladder now . However I take ox bile salts after every meal as my own bile is insufficient. Thus I can eat all healthy fatty things , that's important because I follow a keto diet with adjustments for avoiding gluten etc . K
