HOW TO MAKE CHINESE HAND ROLLED NOODLE| traditional cooking recipe

Hi everyone, I'm happy to share this cooking recipe from my grandma, this hand-rolled noodle is from her hometown Henan province of China, she used to cook for us very oftenly when we were kids.
