Back in 2020, the Arkansas Bandmasters Association Convention was canceled due to Covid 19, so I made a 45-second commercial to try to bring people to my website where they could see the full-length video (and hopefully check out some of my music while they were there.)
In 2021 I made another commercial because, Why Not!? I think you see where this is going. Then when 2022 and 2023 rolled around, I had to keep it going.
Now it's 2024, and we're finally filming the commercial in My Own House!

:) it seems to get less views every year, but I still like making it. Haha.
I'm not sure about the term "Groove Juice" but I like the yearly coffee visit.
Haha. I picked it on a whim because I thought it sounded funny and since the percussion ensemble was built of a bunch of different types of grooves, I thought it suited its not-serious nature.
I looked it up later and found out that it was also the name of a cymbal cleaner. :)
I’ve had people in several different countries buy the piece. 🤷🏻♂️ Hopefully it doesn’t turn out to be something really inappropriate. Haha.
