not a fan of the dining room been at the front away from the kitchen but it is a good sized 3 bed
The length of the downstairs toilet seems like wasted space to me, would have preferred a bigger lounge and not have the downstairs toilet.

This is basically a little Douglas.
Was there a main bathroom? Is the boiler in the garage?
There was a main bathroom, shown on the plans at the start of the video. There's a photo of it at the end. Looks like the boiler is in the garage otherwise there would have been an oversize cupboard containing it in the kitchen.
Bathroom is upstairs although not covered in this vid in detail
Coats in a toilet, not very hygenic !
But don’t you keep towels in your bathrooms? Is that unhygienic?
