VTT is half the main voltage. For instance if the RAM is DDR3 the main voltage is 1.5 so VTT would be 0.75 which is half the main voltage. This applies to all RAM type. I hope this help.
First you need to know what and which power rail is shorted to ground, then you connect black wire from the dcbench to the screw holes 🕳 on the board, then the red cord on the shorted power rail, but you need to set your voltage, if 19v is shorted, you set your dcbench to 19v
