Had the honor of seeing him in July 86, for my Birthday. Was at the Universal Amphitheater. Put on a marvelous show. Mr. Jordan is one of my favorite albums.

This is a great interview! He always seems so intelligent and so kind and well composed. And Mr. Jordan is a pretty darn good album! Really wish more people could see how good he is in his own right. He is one of the best artists out there now in my opinion...

I've noticed that in the early 80s Julian didn't smile as much in interviews but by the time of the late 80s he seemed more comfortable in himself and started smiling.
He told recently he is shy.
I just wish he was more sarcastic witty and played around with word play even if it reminded him of a certain person, his personality was similar but I can see him holding back. I just wish he'd let his charm out more
