In this video, we will be travelling from Sangre Grande, which is a small town located in the north eastern part of Trinidad, to Manzanilla. We stopped off at the Manzanilla Beach Board Walk to experience some of the amazing views and refreshing sea breeze. After this, we drove through the coconuts along the Manzanilla Road, past the Ortoire River and to the Manzanilla River Mouth where we stopped off at Bodow's - King of Roast Fish, Lobsters and Oysters. He will also be showing us how he preps his food for his customers.

Yes. Very similar video. Especially the part where they discarded the eggs. I'm sure most of us applaud our countrymen for their entrepreneurship. However, it is deeply disappointing to see the total disregard for the female lobsters with eggs. Given the lengthy tenure of these two gentlemen, they boast their longevity in this business, common sense should tell them not to use the pregnant lobsters if they wish to their business. Eventually, lobster stocks will run low and then what. They should talk to the fishermen and inform them to throw back lobsters with eggs. Education is key gentlemen. It's about sustainability. At least show some sensitivity . It just makes sense. Big turn off for me..... The finished products in both videos look spectacular. However, I think I'll do my own "roasting" at home.

Strange enough local pan music was playing when they were on the road traveling and showing the beaches but as soon we go to showcase food in Trinidad they start to play reggae music... We wrong side sometimes in this nice place
