Hi Micaela. The views look so amazing and stunning scenery. It reminds me of the scenery around Lybster, Scotand and around Freshwater and Alum Bay, Isle Of Wight, UK. To get to the Isle Of Wight it's 45 minutes by car ferry, 20 minutes by passenger ferry and 10 minutes by hovercraft. They all go from Portsmouth, UK. The car ferry got to Fishborne, Isle Of Wrght and the passenger ferry and the hovercraft goes to Ryde, Isle Of Wight. Lybster is so peaceful if you goes to the small fishing harbour you just hear the sea and a few birds.

ご紹介ありがとうございます! I have been travelling to Japan like every of my working leaves, and I would say I am pretty familiar with Japan especially Hokkaido already. I have been to Fukuoka and Kumamoto for soooo many times, too. Yet, south and east Kyushu like Miyasaki and Kagoshima was just my first time last week. It has totally changed my thought of Kyushu, and it was such a fantastic natural place! At the end of my trip, when I arrived at the airport I saw there was a board showing the amazing places in Kyushu and I knew about this natural hotspring. And just by coinsidence, I dropped by your video! Thank you so much of this video, and your Japanese is just as fluent as your English! Impressive!

Hello Micaela! I always find myself looking forward to the Vlogs you and Tatsu shoot and share with us all over TH-cam. I really appreciate the work you guys put into all the filming and editing this requires and of course that this line of work requires time and creativity to create such enjoyable and informative Travel Vlogs. I'm a 25 year young Masters degree student living in Germany and I am just sooo curious of Japan. Since I'll be graduating in about a years time I'll definitely be planing to make my trip to Japan by traveling from the north to the south of the island and most of all be enjoying the nature, seasons (oh, how I'm looking forward to autumn in Japan) and culture there! Greetings from Germany!

This is an AWESOME video, Micaela!
Yes, I do wish that I could visit such an island - The onsen at the beach - Awesome! I would not be afraid of sitting naked in that pool because there are not so many visitors and because I am used to.
But before going to Iwojima I would like to visit Sakurajima. I know Fujisan as a sleeping volcano but no active ones - Here in Switzerland there are none (but we also have sometimes (no, better rarely) earthquake, avalanches and landslides...
Thank you very much for sharing your video with us! I am looking forward to your next video.

I remember seeing your posts about this on Instagram. That is a beautiful island. Not sure if I'd be brave enough to go to the onsen by the shoreline. These in-depth videos on spots are done really well and I think it'd be great to keep doing them. It gives those of us outside Japan more of an idea about places to visit besides the well known spots.

I moved to the UK only 3 years ago and i'm slowly getting to know all the hidden gems in here as well .
Even planning a lil road trip to the beautiful north-west of Scotland (Isle of Skye), i think you guys would love shooting there as well.
I used to travel alot too a few years back, but time got a bit rough but i got back and i was finally able to afford a proper camera (after my canon camera got stolen some time back T_T) so hopeful in some time i can shoot amazing footage like you guys!

This was such a beautiful video. I throughly enjoyed every minute of it. I guess I never knew exactly what Tatsu did, but I'm in agreement with him. I love landscapes and natural subjects because it's easier for me to take pictures of them since they don't care if I'm awkward...like many people do. Haha. I'm glad you got to enjoy such an experience. As I've gotten older, I've definitely learned to horde experiences and not things.

+Maegan H yeah, Tatsu isn’t a blogger, but a freelance cinematographer/directed. You can see a lot of Tatsu’s other work on Odigo’s channel, he did the Prefecture cinematic videos for them (Tokyo/Osaka/Saitama/Kyoto/Ibaraki etc)
Hopefully we can work together more though. It sure is lonely when he’s gone all the time. Haha.

It has always been my dream to fly in this kind of small plane. Also it is so unreal to think that there are these kind of untouched places in the world. ALSO nr 2 I love your voiceovers.
