In terms of the KO win quotes there are none, if you mean the arcade mode victory screen quotes, they're just text and there is an FAQ on gamefaqs with them all. I mostly did this because the special intros haven't been really shown as much.

Even then, there aren't exactly unique KO animations. That's generally not a thing in most fighting games, even street fighter alpha only really has one with Ryu vs Ken where the winner picks the other off the ground. It's just not normally a thing that happens, even though it'd be really cool if it did.

I had to compile them, literally my favorite fighting game and there wasn't already a video like there was for the win quotes. The only translations I'm not positive on are Viewtiful Joe vs any Tatsunoko character and Boyacky. Mostly because I couldn't understand them nor find an existing translation. And go right ahead, you don't gotta credit me if you don't want to, all I did was share that they're there and found some of the translations online.
I have no idea how I missed one, I thought I got them all. Why was he the only one with a mirror match intro?! I wonder if it's the same as his one from MvC3.
For the record, I am completely wrong on Viewtiful Joe vs a Tatsunoko character I cannot understand his accent but it sounds like "Dama, dashite" which I think is something like "can we try it?"
