A couple of years ago, my youngest son was diagnosed with leukemia, and we had to spend about 6 months in the local children’s hospital, but we binged this show for about the millionth time, as well as ‘Regular Show’ and some other shows. I just got to the last 4 episodes the other day, and he surprised me by watching them with me. It’s such a great show, that I’ll binge watch again pretty soon.

"The man downstairs is very clever." "Can he hide his plans forever?" Hmmm... again... Looking forward to next episode!
I think the joke is meant to be that Seuss's intelligence is so low that he really isn't that much smarter than a zombie and that's why he's he can still talk and stuff after he turns

Dipper discovers Black light entries in his journal. The Mystery Shack Trio's harmony is a Zombie mind breaker. So, it is possible to turn a Zombie with lots of Formaldehyde and Cinnamon?;)
