When you get both the Hyper Blue and Evo together you should do a drag race between the two at the track. It would be a nice comparison seeing as they are both bader built with the same tuner.

SteveTuned Eman engine build video said that the oil pump is the heart of the engine; you guys gotta set aside your camera differences and decide which engine parts align with what mammalian body parts. ;) Engine harness = nervous system.
Not sure how much further i could of went into it, it was acting like fuel studder at 2500rpms, car would have issues when free revving it as well such as breaking up. Front o2 sensor was demanding the incorrect amount of fuel for that load.
Not all of it was from injectors correct, the drivability issue was different prior to switching out injectors for the new fic 2150s, it had a fuel stumble at 2800rpms similar to joshs 05 sti we just built on the channel.

I’ve never had any issues with a FIC 1650s vs ID1700s ive had nothing but issues from. Also the dead time on a FIC 1650s never caused any drivability issues and the ID1700 has everytime, every car and even by multiple different well known tuners in the industry.
Never any issues with ID2000s, Only reason we use FIC2150s (btw same exact injector as a id2000) is because ID discontinued their 2000cc line and now only offer 2600s

Jason H 1050x’s just don’t make as much HP as you can get out of 1300x’s, they’re just a bit more $, and you won’t run into any drivability issues like you might with a 2000+cc injector on lower HP setups. Your tuner would/will probably say the same.

I started with basic bolt ons and went to 1300’s with a 340lph pump and a real FPR instead of messing with what I’d consider a waste of money: 1050/1000cc injectors and “stumble kits”. Wasn't going big turbo so that's probably why. And we know how Josh is. He's Mr. Full send, haha! I run 1050x with an aem 340lph that's hardwired

Time frames suck... I waited 1 year for my fully rebuilt slightly upgraded 4g63 not even a week into tuning fucked a rod bearing and now I’m at the year mark waiting for my 4g63 w a stroker kit. Absolutely hate lazy people 😇😇
Im sorry to hear about that sir, i agree that the time frame you have on your build is not quality. I usually do motor builds within 3-4 week turn around and if its delayed then no more than 6-8 weeks.

1300’s are great I recommend them over 1050x’s any day! Should be the go-to injector for under 550hp or so.
