So damn true. You didn't get fat OR thin overnight from overeating or eating properly. But I'll tell you, the feeling after a binge is brutal. Like I betrayed myself. But it's OK. Because I didn't. I just lost discipline for a moment. Just get up and take control again. Got it. Needed to hear this. Thanks.
I have been on this fitness journey for three years I lost 82lbs, 212 now I’m 130 lean, stronger and I work out 6 times a week. 95% of the time I eat healthy And I still struggle with the problem of how to deal with a day or two of overeating. And I watched this video and I feel motivated now. Thanks
I ate three pieces of pizza and then felt bad today and was about to do everything you said not to. I got on TH-cam and here was this video. Super thankful for you.
I've been following you for about a month and your videos have made me have a healthier relationship with food and my workouts. I no longer feel guilty when I have bad days and get back on track the next day. Thank you. 👍🏽
Omg, if I even slightly go over my calories, I do all of those Bad things you said not to do! Thanks for helping me put it into perspective. I’ll try to get a new mindset. 🤷♀️
Thank you. I think what you stress is "having a healthy relationship with food" which is something I haven't had, and that's the issue. You really understand.
I went over my calories today for the first time in 36 days and was feeling horribly guilty all day, and this was what I needed to feel better. Thank you!
Thankyou so much, I ate like 6 chocolates and i felt miserable. But after watching this i finally realised what I was doing to myself by trying to make up for my actions and punishing myself. I don't deserve that. Initially after eating so much i was considering going on a run and not eating anything, even though i went on a run in the morning. Now i know what to do, get back on track. I drank some water and I'll go my usual evening walk to clear my mind. I won't punish myself by not eating the next day, doing tons of cardio, or restricting my food intake to basically protein bars. Thankyou once again for this valuable information
This is very encouraging, everyone is imperfect, and actions such as binging when trying to have a healthy life in all aspects can cause oneself to self sabotage… and feel so low after the efforts put into doing better. Very appreciative of your compassionate, encouraging & motivational speech. Peace and blessings to all 💚
You truly don't get the recognition you deserve, everyone should see your videos because they are the real deal, no bullshit. Thanks for all the videos you do im happy i discovered you:)
I know im a year late. Im so glad i ran across your video. I started 2 weeks ago my weight loss journey amd i have actually loss 7 lbs the last two weeks. This weekend i had quite of bit of sugar honestly, but i do not go over my calorie deficit regardless of the day being a cheat day. Which for me it is at least 1600 per day. I was at 303lbs and now at 296lbs. I will take any criticism from anyone because i want to lose this weight. I do weight training and cardio usually the same day 5 days a week because im in college right now. So hopefully i can make this work.
I just binged and I was always in this circle of binging I binged and I was saying that tomorrow I’m going to eat 150cal only and in that way I lose weight and the other day I binge again now I watched this video and it literally made me cry like right now I’m crying thank you for this video it helped me and tomorrow I’ll try eating normally and not restrict myself ❤
Thank you for this. I used to be in incredible shape and had a good relationship with food. Started binging during Covid , been yo-yo dieting , not making progress in the gym. This video was so insightful, I was literally doing all the wrong things
Dam i was doing all the things you just said.. now i feel better had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich last night but went right back in gym 6am this morning “Got back on track” thanks Emoney!
Loved hearing this. Took me a long long time to realize this but I think I finally get it. Your content is great thank you again for such great advice . Enjoy your day
great video. great advice. I overate 5 days though. way too much. developed inflamed pancreas high fever chills and super high blood sugar. limiting sweets next time I have a cheat day.
Why do I feel like you read my damn mind on your TouTube videos? I've SUCKED this week with eating out. Once again ER TO THE RESCUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
overate for a night and felt horrrible literally got so dreaded of the thought of doing hours of cardio to make up for it . thanks for the advice just gonna stay on track and become more focused
Thank you so much’ I needed to hear this I use to beat myself up horribly’ because I had something that I wouldn’t normally have 😵💫 now understanding to just be ME! No one’s perfect! I remember having a bag of Doritos and a ginger ale’ the very next day’ I trained’ for 2 hours straight! Beating myself up’ because of it. Thank god I know better now! It’s OK 😌
I was 74 kilos after 1 Year keto diet went on a cruise for 1week I ate 3 meals and didn't deprived myself after 7 days back home 80 kilos I gained 6 kilos in one week? Is it normal ?
Just binged and feel like shit I am (150cm,90 female)I was 100 before summer break lossed 10 pounds to 90 and now I just feel like shit I will watch more of ur vids
Well if you’re anything like me … eating clean for three weeks and seeing the results that follow (flat stomach ) and then you have a 5- 8000 cal binge with your favorite ice cream , cookies, licorice and chips like I always do… and then for the next three weeks you have a bloated stomach with water and fat ..the way that I have found to counteract this and stay lean all the time is to have a binge every 3 to 4 weeks and then just eat watermelon for three or four days afterwards (nothing else!) that is my one way of not getting bloated after a binge.
Hey Eric, I have a question ...if you unintentionally fast at the same time everyday not because you’re not hungry but because you’re just really busy at the time always, does that mess up your metabolism if the total fasted time is like 12,14 hours by the time you do eat?
I just went over my deficet by 300 calories (my deficit is 900) and i felt like shit. I went out to eat and ate a bunch of fries and a quesadilla. This video helped me though, and i thank you for that.
Why am I always ravenously hungry after strength training? I tried high protein post workout snacks and I still want to eat out the pantry and fridge. 😂
Shouldn't dos • don't do ton of cardio after one cheat day • don't have to only eat cleanest foods just enjoy what u eat • don't do anything extra just do your normal routine caz u didn't do anything wrong just treated yourself *remember : you didn't became slim after a one day of salad so neither will gain weight*

yeah, the feeling after a binge is terrible. i just binged too much food now and i feel disgusting and like im a betrayer

Thank you. I think what you stress is "having a healthy relationship with food" which is something I haven't had, and that's the issue. You really understand.
This totally makes sense, I have a love hate relationship with food.
you got this
Yes! Don't restrict foods. Just make them lower calorie or choose lower calorie options at the store. Do this and binge eating goes away.
yep
I went over my calories today for the first time in 36 days and was feeling horribly guilty all day, and this was what I needed to feel better. Thank you!

Waw you really amped up these uploads: more regular than last time
Yes I did do something wrong. The first step is not to lie to myself. It wasn't just one night.
I was 74 kilos after 1 Year keto diet went on a cruise for 1week I ate 3 meals and didn't deprived myself after 7 days back home 80 kilos I gained 6 kilos in one week? Is it normal ?
Most likely most of that is water weight I could I'd wager maybe 10 percent of it is true weight gain if that.
Just binged and feel like shit I am (150cm,90 female)I was 100 before summer break lossed 10 pounds to 90 and now I just feel like shit I will watch more of ur vids
Leezzz gooo! Yayay!
yayayay!!!
What if I dont feel hungry for the whole next day after overeating ? Had 200 calories for dinner… not hungry. Should I eat anyway?
Sounds good but what if you are on a keto diet?

Lmao fuck! I do every one of those things. Thanks man. I’ve been watching all your videos.
I feel like I’m in therapy
I just went over my deficet by 300 calories (my deficit is 900) and i felt like shit. I went out to eat and ate a bunch of fries and a quesadilla. This video helped me though, and i thank you for that.
Have I read that correct you are in a calorie deficet of 900 cal a day ?
Brother 900 calories is too little
At least eat 1500 a day
When last you binged by the way?
I cheat for a day and I can't stop it anymore. I binge eating 2 weeks now
How are you now? I hope you're doing well.
Lack of sleep is deadly for me...
I liked it before watching it…
Why am I always ravenously hungry after strength training? I tried high protein post workout snacks and I still want to eat out the pantry and fridge. 😂

But I ate so many calories and I feel like I’ll never be slim 🙁
