Loved this video,Thank You! I was wondering what the main points in your contract with the TH-camr would be..as I'm currenty trying to create a contract..do you take a percentage of their ad revenue as well as commission from their brand deals?
I can't disclose what the specific clauses are in my contracts, but I do 360 management, so I take from Adsense, Twitch Revenue as well as deals and anything else that we build together. Depending on the client, I structure contracts specific to their needs. And I don't exclusively sign ALL talent. 360 management is reserved for clients that believe in me as much as I believe in them :)

What classes you need to take in college to become a talent manager? Please lmk

Business Management/Bookkeeping would help... but you don't have to have a college degree to become an Agent or Manager.
No schooling is needed. I personally feel it's best to not waste money on school and ask to intern for someone that has experience in the industry and learn from them.

@@estebantorres2966 learn about the business first. my favorite go to book is called "everything you need to know about the music industry" but there are other great books that teach you about the entertainment industry.
I'm confused... Are you a Talent Agent or a Manger? There is a difference.. Are you both, because they're not the same.
I have never heard a Talent Manger. Or are you both Talent/Manger.
I'm now a Talent Agent. But at the time I made this video I was a Talent Manager, I never said that they were the same :)

You don't "Find" a job aa a talent manager... YOU are the Job... You work for yourself.
Unless you worked for a huge Talent Agency

How I got into this is... I am an Acting Director for Film and Theatre... I was asked to do this... I am just concerning it at this time.

There are jobs out there that hire talent managers, but I would suggest maybe starting out trying to be a talent coordinator so that you can learn the ropes. It takes a while to find the type of talent that you'd like to work with and figure out the path that you want to take.
