Stock the Dyna-S if you can. Worth every penny.
Kibblewhite does valve seats that are close, but my top end guy said he had to turn them down a little.
I can recommend the Delkevic exhaust system.

Hey I have this exact bike, my fathers first :) I did a full renovation including full front brakes, carbs cleaning (did not change but cleaned deep), new spark plugs, new flashing relay new battery new lights, fixed the electric (lot of corroded parts), a lot of bullshit things (back brake spring for exemple) still need to change the back wheel axis (its weirdly loose) and engine doesnt run well. Only 1 piston fires, no carbs leaks fuel get to all carbs and they are very clean. Idk why only 1 piston fires. Bike was in bad condition,I did a month worth of work on it with 0 experience, it was fun but its getting too hard for me. Getting it to a professional real soon !

The Insulator Boots for the intake are a different size for 1977 K. The K3 has a longer boot (just a hair over 1.5 inches). Can you help me locate a set for the 1977 CB550 K3? I beleive the original part # is 16211404000

Can any of the cb550f components be used on the cb350f?

What are you trying to use on it would be my question.

I'm trying to zoom in but can't quite see how you mounted the rectifier.

On this bike we used zip ties but anywhere you can fit it works well. Its a bit tighter of a fit than the smaller Honda twins.
