For those who are going through the concern and worry, here's what happened to me: I was having intermittent "spotty" bright red blood in/on my stool roughly once a month or so. It really seemed to be like clockwork in a way. I did not have any mucus, nausea or other symptoms. I just had the intermittent blood. After 6 months, I had a colonoscopy at 38 January of 2023. The results were a hemorrhoid. No polyps or cancers thankfully. I just wanted to share my experience and wishing peace of mind and good health to all of you!
I just had my 2nd Colonoscopy, I had one at 26, and now Im 48 and just had one this past Tuesday. I am scared, 3mm polpys, a hernia and external and internal hemmoroids were found. The polps are biopsed. I am SUPER Nervous for the result. I had internal hemmoroids taken care of at time of the upper and lower GI this week. The waitng is hard for me. I was pooping bright red blood, and had alot on the tissue. I havent had mucus, nausea or anything. Just worried.

Several years ago I had a 2 week incident where I was shitting a ton of blood every day. It was one of the scariest things ever and I had no idea who to reach out too about it. Luckily it stopped, and to this day I think it was an internal hemmrhoid. Hope it never happens again. Don't try to force your shit out, relax your asshole and take it slow, eat a mix of fiber and other vegetables too, healthy diets are important

I hope this is on my case, today i went to the bathroom i took a shit, i tried everythibg to release it but i feel like my asshole is being stabbed then a small ball of shit came out and it follwed a little bit of blood
@@Poppov56sounds like classic hemmorhoids. They're extremely painful and the cause of them is due to lack of nutrition in a diet and or shitting too fast or too hard

Fasting and sleeping heal your gut on it's own. I have the problem for years. I didn't go to the doctor. I have no pain in the gut. Although I have hemorrhoids. It used to be painful, but it was gone. I started to eat more fibers and doing intermittent fasting. Allow your own gut to heal naturally. I just turned 56.

Hi gutDr. Thank you for a great channel. Is there any chance you could give me some help regarding a issue i am living with for the last year and a half. I have always suffered ibs all my life. No blood. Mostly diarrhea and lower slight pains stomach. I am 50 with no weight loss and no blood. I have had two FIT tests and clear with all bloods ok. Abdomen ultrasound ok also. No colonoscopy yet. Anyway every few weeks i feel pressure at my back end and end up having mucus flatulance. This goes on everytime i need to pass wind with clear mucus. The next day it clears when i goto the toilet. Sometimes it can be a teaspoon full of diarrhea but its the mucus that concerns me. I went to a private gastro doc and he said it was nothing sinister but it really gets me down and not nice to live with. I have found cutting gluten and dairy out my diet has helped with my wind and loose stools plus one loperamide a day but what is causing the mucus every so often. Thank you.
I have been pooping blood and mucus for a almost 2 weeks. It has been getting worse every day and becoming extremely painful to poop. Went to my doctor and he referred me to a gastro specialist. They said the earliest appointment they can give me is well over a month away. The next morning I pooped over a half cup of blood and went to the ER. They took my blood and stuck a finger up my butt and sent me home saying they don't have the power to get me an earlier appointment with gastro. I feel like I could be dying and nobody cares. I feel like if I was someone important they wouldn't just shrug me off like I'm nothing. I didn't want to be one of those people who causes a seen and argue with the doctor so I just came home. I am a struggling father of 3 young beautiful children. I feel lost and let down

Same... had a heart attack presumably from covid a month ago. Chewed 350mg of aspirin and rode the thoughts and prayers train. I already spend upwards of 10k a year on my son with CP. Gotta love 'merica.

When we are born here.. You're given a number.. which completely reminds me of prison numbers. We are not people our country would rather give all of our money to another country in need but not take care of the people here that are in need. While watching, I cringed when you mentioned my symptoms. The fissure and haemorrhoids symptoms were sore! Toilet visits were a nightmare, and just lying in bed at night the wounds from the fissure were absolutely painful!
Went to the doc and she said I needed more fibre and gave me a list of foods to buy and eat. Meds helped sort the bleeding, and painkillers somewhat helped. After a week there was no more bleeding. Another week the recovery was on its way and no more pain.

I'm riding it out, been bleeding for years at leat 13 and it's not gotten better or worse. Sometimes I don't bleed at all. But other times I do. Mostly when I drink milk and fart alot. 😂 but nah I rather die than find out I have something , worrying then dying. 😅 I'm good 👍 I feel no pain.

My occasionally ( in many years) happened bleeding stopped after four day fasting on keto diet.
It’s been 2 years about 1/2 the time for me a sometimes a lot and scary. I went to doc 2x and they didn’t care and sent me home. Now I live in pain and deal with it. I’m going to try and grow all my own everything this year and see if it helps.

Hi Gut doctor ! You are my favourite .I have pain right side of lower abdomen and swelling as well .I don't any gynecologist issue and no appendicitis.i got this issue I drank a lot of water and did cardio.when I drink more water or eat more pain becomes sharp what's the cause. Past I had H pylori I treated it and I have intolerance of gluten I can't eat carbs bcoz right after carbs I get extrem bloating.

Hello, I would like to know what happened to me. Yesterday I had a bad case of stomach cramping and diarrhea to the point of almost passing out. I was hipper ventilating, and couldn't breath from the weakness and agonizing pain, then I started throwing up over and over and over. Then finally top after 2 hours, however 3 hour later I starting having more cramping and instead of having diarrhea I was having red blood only... no stool... only red blood.......I had 2 red blood episodes up to 4:00am in the morning, and then at 9 am I had an other and then at 12:pm an other... then stop..... what happened to me?( I think I eat a bad mayonnaise and egg sandwich, and that is what started it all). Do you think think it an upper or lower abdominal problem? this never happened to me before.

You have been fantastic . I just had stool test which came back positive blood , the second is my urine I have too wear Adult size nappies my bladder is so weak that I had 3 operations on my spina 3, 4, and 5 vertebrae fused together so I cannot do the pelvis exercises. I had to change my nappies between 4 or 5 times a day and always full urine every time , they said I have borderline liver Disease ( i cannot understand this I don’t drink and I have HIGH CHOLESTEROL that i definitely do not eat fried food as I have COPD I can only eat certain food I have back problems near the kidney and I have no control of my bladder I leak a full amount urine so I am trying to find out why am I having all these problems.

I've just passed a large amount of blood that included a large glob of darker more congealed blood. It has scared the bejeezus out of me. I've never experienced anything like this before. I'm I over reacting to make an appointment to visit my GP asap? Should I wait a few days to see if it happens again? I have just turned 62 this week.

I had that and I increased fiber with ryvita and spelt bread and never had more bleeding. I still have stomach pains but depends on what I eat. I had done colposcopy because of sibo . they found nothing. Sibo gone with kefir and fasting. Eating lemons bananas and butter causes stomach pains.

If I eat anything like breads, grains, etc., then I pass bright red blood the next day every time. It's painful as it is excreted too, so I think it's just due to my known food sensitivities and allergies. Seems like it increases inflammation and, because those foods make my stools harder, it causes small fissures. It heals up and stops bleeding within a day as long as I don't eat anything like that again.
Fiber is the enemy lol.
What happens when a person has a surgery that requires anesthesia after the procedure people wake up but it takes 3 to 4 days for the organs to wake up and during that time all the food you eat is not being digested processed normally. Usually resulting in far above average sized fecal matter. So what happens if a person goes through this process five or six times maybe more were the body wakes up three or four days prior to the organs. And last but not least is there a way to tell the differences between blood from a hemorrhoid or blood from something else.
If you're shitting really dark blood call your doctor immediately though. That's a serious issue that should not be neglected

Guys, those who have little blood and its light red, severe pain and probably anus spasm - its probably anal fissure! Please forget about ANY paper - ONLY warm water, avoid constipation, and read what you can use to heal it! If you wont heal it in 6-8 weeks, only operation can help! Plus you may get such complication as paraproctitis. That was my case. That was hell....i was thinking i was going to die. Now 2 months after surgery and still not fully recovered.

i tend to spend a long time on the toilet , just scrolling on my phone. i figure that the cause is hemmorhoids. it happened once in 2020 and has been happening every odd mont since april. not sore or anything just a bit of pinky/red blood when i wipe. i assume its from straining and also sitting for too long

I just have a rectal bleeding a year ago then I experience it again today. The blood that came out is after I finished pooping. The blood wasn't mixed on the poop, the blood only coming out after I finished pooping. The color of the blood was bright re, and there's so many of it.

It just happened ab 2 days ago for the first time. I am in my 20's but I think it's my extremely trash diet. Lots of pizza and cookies, processed meats. I am honestly worried so I will reduce my food intake for a week and drink alot of water. Hopefully that will fix it. No pain, no fever, no fatigue, just random drops of fresh blood.

@@secre4645 it now stopped. Seems like it took 3 days. I started eating once a day only. Had lots of veggies, rice, more soft food in general. Avoided sugar and junk food and drank lots of water. Seems like it worked. Take care guys I guess we just need to eat healthier and we'll be fine.

I've been bleeding for Over 6months...had a colonoscopy and Dr said he found nothing and sent me home with no solution and more lost than ever! I might have leaky gut from what I've been told by a nutritionist so I have started a course of probiotics... unfortunately due to my Nickel allergy I cannot have lots of fibre (no grains or whole wheat ) so this doesn't help with my bleeding. Hoping to improve with the probiotics. I'm determined to sort this is all out holistically since my doctor hasnt helped much.

You should tell them. If you wait too long you can cause irreversible damage. If you have something wrong with you, tell someone now rather than later. If you don't, it will cause way more problems in the future.
Rose, please tell your school Nurse, Counselor, Teacher or another Adult you trust, and ask for help telling your parents. Your symptoms are serious and need tests and treatment. If your parents don't have Health Insurance, the Medicaid program covers kids so your treatment would be free. You deserve good care and answers! Take care.

I once had that happen to me, just an hour after my first dose of an antibiotic. Coincidence? I was advised to go to the ER so I did. It was a nothing, and I think it was coming from the anti-biotic. So the ER doc just removed the cyst that I was taking the ab for in the first place.
Another time I came in to ER with severe diarrhea and I guess they discovered microscopic blood in my stool that I wasn't even aware of. Blood tests showed anemia but no obvious source. They wound up keeping me 5 nights doing all sorts of tests including endoscopy, again finding nothing. They were sure that between microscopic blood and my anemia that there was a microscopic bleeding SOMEWHERE in the gut, but no such source was ever found.
I’m 13 I have been getting small amounts of blood on my tp and my poops have mostly been hard/almost impossible to get out. And the I get a pain that’s pretty bad at the top of my crack I’m scared the pain goes away about 10/20 minutes after clearing my body out. @@TOMASbarry1916 I’m being serious, something is going on post vaccine. My brother had this, I had moderna, last year, and have had issues since. I had a wart appear that day, then heart issues. I called moderna and they told me not to have the second dose. I have had major heart issues, called a cardiologist that my heart was 200, they told me to come in, in 3 weeks 😯. A year later, and is currently going through this bleeding. Last month, I had severe nose bleeds every single night to the point that when I went into urgent care, my blood pressure was 120/32. I was anemic from loosing so much blood. I am scheduled to get my nose cauterized. At the same time I had one bowl movement with blood, which is why I decided to go to the doctor. Current day, the last 3 days, has been nothing but blood, it’s disgusting. I’m healthy, 34, workout, eat normal. I can’t deal that I literally have blood coming out all ends of me, (TMI), but that nobody knows, what in the actual HEL*, is going on. I know A LOT, of people, that are experiencing this but it’s so embarrassing, that nobody talks about. I’m so tired of paying so much money for insurance, and get dollar tree care. Covid has messed up healthcare treatments in the states. Most do the bare minimum now. Some, are not even required now, to have to take vital signs 😯. My stool is fully blood, its actual diarrhea, that’s purely red blood, every single time now. My stomach is burning, it’s uncomfortable, but not painful. Urgent care says go to hospital. The hospital is overcrowded, I have a 6 year old, I can’t go to a hospital for god knows, how long. To only have them refer me to the specialist, the urgent care should have in the first place. ahhhhh okay rant over

Hey you guys. Im going to give my advice and solutions and what My Doctor told me whos my sister.
Rectal bleeding, Could be cause by your diet. Especially the main cause is red meat. (Roast beef)
I changed my diet and i felt extremely better. Most red meats have blood and your pooping out the blood with the red meat. Its your bodys natural way of fighting bacteria.
Secondly after you change your diet. Could most likely be hemmeroids which is a vain in your rectum thats strained. Which modern medication should cover.
If you continously have pooping blood after 3 weeks. Of changing your diet and taking medication. Thats when you go in.
