What if you have a low side that fluctuates from 35 down to 15? This is after all new compressor,accumulator and orifice tube along with a flush. The only thing that wasnt changed was this but would a faulty condenser cause this? Thanks

Check with the Manufacturer, ideally it comes prefilled with oil.
