There's a tier system so you start playing people who aren't that good or play goofy builds. There is a learning curve but it's not a tough game to get into.
Lots of fun, can play completely free -- I say give it a try. I still get games really quick. Frankly, MWO absolutely nailed how the mechs should feel. You start with free trial mechs, and if you pay attention to the very frequent community events, which are announced when you launch the game, you get free mechs and stuff too.
To me that build sounds bad. you’re putting a stare build on a mech that is generally best with torso twist builds because of it’s large shield arms and very high torso speed compared to most 100 tonners. That build would probably be better on something like an annihilator which has good enough hitboxes that against most potatoes it basically spreads damage for you just by rocking side to side, though even then it's still a weird build.
I was ok with it, until I realized you dropped with Bassault. WTF. So beyond tired of the game's better players manipulating soup queue. This isn't skilled game play, it's just seal clubbing.
@@the_sneaky_snek I was a bit cranky earlier, sorry about that. But what actually surprises me is you apparently talked Bassault out of nascaring as fast as possible. :D
MWO: Ideologically captured IP and studio that produces a minimal viable product. Uninstalled months ago. MWClans: The focus will be the pilots preposterous, irrelevant (creepy) personal details *and* drip-feeding us the exact same mechs we already bought in MWO via dlc updates. All missions besides main campaign will be entirely procedurally generated and the game will have even less polish than MW5. Hard pass.
Wait... was that the guy from Mac Beth as an announcer? uhh... Right! Duncan Fisher!
@@seanblackburn6046 yeah. I believe the warhorn was what they gave us for whitelisting the MW5 Solaris dlc lol
I like throwing on MWO gameplay in the background but unless they finally put in the work to add melee I'm not returning to play it
I run this same combo on the Mauler 1P to pretty great effect, I imagine it’s even better on this guy. Good stuff
Yeah I run warlord build on same Mauler or the Cyclops Argent, just because they have shit for armor, so it's more fair to the enemy.
👑WARLORD SUPREMACY 👑
haven't seen 9 kills in a while. Nice
If you recognize someone’s name, they’re most likely a great shot. Don’t mess with them (I learned from experience)😂
Wait it's all brawl?
Always has been.
Scout Atlas.
:O
1.6k damage on a brawler?!
yeah it's braindead easy
ACK!
So as someone who has never played mwo, but has 600+hours in mw5(heavily modded), is it worth attempting to start mwo?
@@datpieceofbread9570 yeah. The community is still pretty active.
You get a lot more build freedom than vanilla mw5

Population is a husk of it's former self. They left for a good reason.
If you want to play against other people, then it's a yes.

Yeah, that's nice and all, but consider the following: Urbie with an AC/20.
@@UristBeardhammer urbie pilot spotted. I will now smite you
boom chicken (raven with ac20) is more hilarious imo.

I remember beating this game in 2016
Interesting, seeing as how the game has no progression or end state, it's pure PVP.
@@ratofnihm well I guess if you real want to waste your life you could play it that way.
@@ryry187Idk how to tell you this, but there's literally nothing in this game besides arena PvP modes
