One of my Favorite Cat Eye Duramax out there ! Only thing I would add is amp steps and 2015+ smoked mirrors. Other than that, she’s perfect 👌🏼

Really beautiful truck ,what I did to color match alittle more on my engine bay was pull the fuse box out and color match and also the plastic above the radiator and intercooler was also color matched and it really brought everything together , amazing build man 🙌
The jump and slide from the introduction was just awsome and he acted like it was something that happens!!!

That truck is a beauty! I am picking up my dads 02 LB7 Sierra this weekend and its bone stock with 78K miles and he is the original owner. Gonna do a level, wheels and tires, exhaust and tune and probably a lift pump Nd call it a day! Cant wait. Keep up the good work!!

Really nice to see a good quality Canadian build finally, not to knock our friends to the south, but really hard to find a diesel enthusiast youtube channel from up north; keep the content coming. Cost breakdown as many have asked for, and what about your intake? Is that a Banks Ram Air?
Much appreciated Curtis! Cost breakdown video will come soon, however I have a few more things I'd like to add beforehand though. The air intake is stock, however I did the PPE air box mod to allow more airflow until I decide to drop an aftermarket one in.

I’m looking for a new truck and I’m between a lb7, lbz, or 7.3 duramax. And now that diesel prices are dropping near me it’s making it real hard lol
I’m a big LBZ fan, so my opinion will always be going for one of those. Reliable, easy to work on and hold their value!

I think the only thing your truck might need is the 2015 style mirrors. The rest is 100% on point.

Love it! Does your tune smoke? Is the tune adjustable? The painting of the chrome bumpers was awesome. Dent in the hood not so awesome. My only personal preference would be to put the wheels hanging out only an inch but I just like it better. Great job
Sick rig I would get one but Alberta truck prices are so crazy right now. I find plenty but they all have 400k plus and people are asking like 10 000 for em still😂

thats flat grey metallic looks bitchin, man. I tend to splice aftermarket headlights onto the oem brackets because the aftermarket brackets are always crap.

Looks awesome I would just do some smaller rims so you can have tires with a bigger sidewall, and possibly remove the fender flares.

Just bought a cateye LLY what are some things to do to it it’s smooth some mods on it but looking for more power, located in Grande prarie
Nice man! I’d start with EGR delete, EFI Live from Troy at No Limit in GP, 4” or 5” Exhaust and a FASS/Airdog lift pump. Those are the staples for sure my guy!
does anyone know how to put a Glow tie on a 05 cateye?

Have you ever had a problem with the fuel pump
No, only with it being underpowered after deleting/tuning.. I’d like to get a fass fuel system to fix that though!
You mentioned you bought the rear inner fender liners from Rough Country. I checked their website and dont see it for these trucks. Maybe they discinitued them. Do you happen to know a part number or another place to buy them from?

What offset on the wheels looks like -55. Lots of trimming?
22x12 with -51 offset. Needed to do full NorCal Mod (fender & bumper trim)

Right on man! I haven’t tracked any of it, but if I had to guess..probably spent around 30k on this build so far.
New shocks with the level?
The kryptonite levelling keys came with shock extensions but not with shocks. I ended up installing new Monroe reflexes last year when I rebuilt the truck.

A OEM hood wouldn't of dented like that😂.
Believe it or not, but it actually is the OEM hood. Piece of junk couldn't even handle 200lbs landing on it 😂
@@warnerbu7lt i woulda thought it was the aftermarket replacement ones. I had one and it dented just from me pushing down on it because the hood was hard to close
