1200°C Rotary Tube Furnace Demonstration

In this video, we have demonstrated our newly supplied rotary tube furnace of 1200°C maximum temperature and 1100°C working temperature. This rotary tube furnace is split type for easy installation and removal of tube. A quartz tube supplied with this tube furnace. OD is 100 mm, ID is 90 mm and heating zone is 400 mm. Programmable temperature controller with 30 segments fitted for precise temperature control. Rotary mechanism fitted for forward and reverse rotation of tube. This tube furnace supplied with vacuum pump and stainless steel flanges for gas purge.
