That's what I love about the DG, you can have a huge army with no duplicate or similar models(except for the poxwalkers). They are all very detailed too.
I´m a Black Templars player, and won´t be perverted by Nurgle!.... but those Plague Marines sculpts are just awesome! I would really enjoy painting some of those.
These sculpts are awesome really gorgeous. 7 is actually a nice number since there is a Easy to Build box with 3 dudes in. So that is pretty convenient. (compared to like boxes of 8 genestealers when ideal unit size is 20)

I like some of those backpack vents a lot. The kind of arc buttress ones you've got in the back with the censors & the spikes. I kinda want to use JUST those vents attached to the sides of a MK III backpack (And I guess swap out the censors for standard backpack vents) to make The Most Expensive Space Marine Backpack... In The World. Some really quality sculpting work on the whole DG range, I have to say.
Regarding the extra base, all of the boxes of ork boyz and gretchin that i have bought have also contained 12 25mm bases, when there are only enough legs for 11 models in each of the boxes. Maybe its because they produce them in sets of 5 or 4, and can't be bothered to remove the extra base for boxes with unusual model counts? Could be why some of the models are so expensive xD

I would be using the spare parts in MK3 Spacemarine Sprues, to produce more Plague Marines. Additionally, I have purchased the Plague Marine torso kits off FW to make even more conversions. Also with the Terminators in your other review you have for Death Guard Blight Lord Terminators, Normal Cataphractii kits and the FW Torsos work well with all the spares. I like viewing your reviews to ascertain what you get, keep up the good work.

Underdog Painting haha cheers. I basically sprayed them DG green, painted them DG green, drybrushed pallid witch flesh then shaded with Agrax. Hope that helps in the meantime.
Would it be possible to buy the different bodys on ebay without heads and arms/weapons and reuse the left over parts? Are these specific to a torsor or can you build every weapon on every torsor? :)
But if I would buy those and let's say body A, C and F.. Would I be able to convert them with the left over parts or do I have to build Body A with for example a Plasmagun which won't fit with body B?
Intercore Your second option. I mean it is possible but you would nee to heavily convert. Its not the same as either the plasma gun or cc weapons for instance.
If GW applied the variety they've put into the Death Guard models, for every faction....they wouldn't be able to keep anything in stock.

That's why I use plasticard and sprue to build a set of robo legs for my ork boyz!

With mine i made them all with a 24 inch range except 2 with the heavy hitting melees just in case
Still wish they would do some skinny Deathguards (only the plague surgeon so far) as there are a fair few wasting diseases too.

Ye its gonna be interesting for me but at least all the guns on them are 24 inch in my unit
