It was a real joy to tour this beautiful home filled with gorgeous prim antiques. I never get tired of seeing how others fill their homes with these gorgeous pieces and so happy they are being well cared for so they are preserved for future viewers

This is so lovely... my own style is a mixture of French Country and Early American, which seems to work. I honestly can't stand modern houses that are almost always "open plan" and all look the same with white and gray everything and that same crappy gray vinyl plank flooring. That said, my only issue with "primitive" homes is that they tend to look a bit cluttery and just have too much stuff, IMO. I often think of what a pain it would take to clean.
