    Why is this not in the movie ? Having Connor be the essential conscience of Evan changes the whole dynamic of what he is doing in the story. By cutting that out of the film made undercuts his character development and makes him less sympathetic. Getting rid of this and the song good for you is probably the worst decision that the filmmakers of the film adaptation had done. It's especially wasteful considering that Ben Platt probably won't get a chance to really properly retell the story on film again given his age.

    Literally just finished the book. This hits on a huge level than it would have yesterday.
