A “deuce deuce” is 22 caliber firearm. It’s a fairly small round for use w small game hunting like squirrels. He then says he pulled his 12 gauge. Large shotgun that would create a lot of bodily damage whereas the 22 wouldn’t do as much damage.

This song made Eazy E a name. Yeah NY was on running things then, but this was different, never heard anything like this back in the day. It was pretty much underground, there was no video for it originally, and radio weren't playing it. It was word of mouth like "Man you heard this before"? After that they were off and running. I miss those days in rap music, it was raw, real, and fresh. Very few like that now.

His friend got hooked on crack, and he catches him trying to steal his radio, his friend sees him and takes off running, he chases him . His friend turns around and pulls out a gloc, easy shots him with a shotgun. shoots him ded. Duece is 2 , like in Cards, the bullet strength is .22 so Deuce -Deuce is 2-2 or .22
