I work at my local Coldstone. And I must say, he violated health codes when he put those condiments on the stone when he was mixing. And the smoothie was extremely soupy. That guy must be new.
we don't call the ice cream machine 'the blast'. the blast for us is actually a freezer that goes to -25 degrees farenheit for ice creams and cakes to set. also you usually wouldn't mix it like that, we're on a strict 3-5 second mixing time on the stone

That place must have been closed because a BIG no no rule is nothing is allowed on the stone for sanitation purposes. I work there.
