But think of it like this, when its “Call” your picking up the phone📈. When it’s a “Put” your hanging up the phone📉. Your exp date would depend on your style of trading you choose (day, leap, swing) When placing a Put your saying price is going to fall. So for ex: your stock price is 312 and your strike price is 300 this option would be in the money as its already lower than the stock price. And As a tip whenever your premium is high that option is usually in the money. Another part of when to enter is charting, understanding the charts. I swear coach goes over this in his videos literally free game 🫡

For beginners i would suggest buying an ETF such as, VOO, VTI, SCHD, DIVO, SPY and so many others because they pay you dividends. Wait for them to drop in price before buying them. once you learn the basic of buying low and selling high, then you can start learning how to trade stocks. you're on the right podcast to learn how to trade, Chris is one of the best. For beginners i would suggest buying an ETF such as, VOO, VTI, SCHD, DIVO, SPY and so many others because they pay you dividends.
Wait for them to drop in price before buying them.
once you learn the basic of buying low and selling high, then you can start learning how to trade stocks.

@@6lackn322 Is this long term? Like, retirement time frame? If you're young, you can take more risk. Go heavier into schd & schg. If you're a bit older, vti is less prone to major drops. Keep in mind, this is long term idea. If you're wanting to swing in & out for quicker profits, these are not your best bets.
