I think the first step for us beginners is to go to your local municipal court and let them know what your trying to do and get a list of requirements & I think he gave us some insight for us to do our own research on the cost of paving your lot, fencing, cameras, security, etc
Ok! If I’m not mistaken he said he Received tons of phone call once he first opened his parking lot , but later says it hard to find clients. He doesn’t want anyone else starting the parking lot business around him
Great interview…my drivers use his parking in North Texas…you can tell he didn’t want to give the competition too many gems. Can’t blame him though lol…a lot of ppl trying to get on this space
I think this guy didn’t understand the concept of your show is to give more insight on HOW to build the business. He just made it an hour long commercial. And seemed to intentionally be secretive about any info that could help someone get into this type of business. And that’s fine (I guess) to not wanna help potential competition, but he was on the wrong show for that type of attitude. I am a truck driver myself, so it’s nice to hear about the service he offers. But most truck drivers like myself have the entrepreneurial spirit and also want to learn about businesses. And he sort of came off a bit greedy and not wanting to share any info about HOW to build this type of business which sort of annoyed me as the interview went on and kind of made me not want to use his services because he just seems like he has a walking breathing commercial and just used your platform as a big commercial. In other words you can definitely tell he is a car salesman. And if it was unintentional on his part, I do apologize. Maybe he just was unfamiliar with your show and honestly didn’t know any better.
Not really, I have been looking to get into this business, anyone trying to get started knows everything he said is correct, it's not really any jems he can give, most of it is having deep pockets, and being able to grease palms lol. I'm sure he didn't want to say that.
@@sanfordclayton3860respectfully said. Every business is not for everyone. Everything he said is correct. Nowadays, you got every Tom, dick and harry that wants a piece of the pie. The price of land and getting the towns to zone you for it is extremely hard. But you also need to know the right people. Truck n hustle platform is powerful. But most of these people who appear on here have made it, so they giving jewels after they have succeeded.
Exactly! I host a podcast. This episode would have been put in the vault and aired when I needed a filler episode … it’s hard to watch. He’s making me mad.
Truck Parking is a hot topic everywhere and high demand right now. I know this guy is making a killing with that number of locations. He's trying to be humble LOL...I've love to partner with him to open on in Indy area
Even when people try to keep secrets as long as they’re talking things will seep out, lol… He’s clearly netting about 28k per day on one of his busiest lots and he gains clientele through the truck partnering club & loading up on key words to gain traction… All that’s left is to calculate the overhead and you can set up shop on your own… I’ll give him a pass for being tight lipped cause he’s from Atlanta & there’s a hustler on every corner there, but he definitely wasn’t the ideal TruckNHustle interviewee 😅😁😂
maaaan i was already kinda skeptical as soon as he said he was a car dealer, owning 15 car dealerships. but then ge was talking about growing up in atlanta & Alpharetta (those places are known for being predominantly african american regions) and you NEVER trust a whote man who lives in places like that.. NEVER. & NEVER trust a car salesman. no point in watching past the first 2 minutes, can't believe a word that comes out of the guys mouth.
This man is very tight lip. Why come on the show. There’s enough money for everyone!! SMDH. Rahmel is pulling teeth. As a podcast host, I’d be annoyed.
He said a whole lot. He told us how to market, what to look for in a lot, how to be unique, what truckers look for, how to add value services, what customers to look for...Real business people will know how to put it together.

No wants competition
In Los Ángeles monthly parking for truck & trailer parking is up to 600-900 per month
Yea he’s making it sound really difficult while everywhere else I’m reading that it’s fairly easy.
This guy wasn’t trying to give the game up to no one 😂 , he was just trying to promote his business 🤦🏾♂️
It was a ok interview he gave a little insight but nothing that was really helpful seemed more like a advertisement.
Yeah it seemed like an advertisement but he gave great ideas on what to install into a parking area.
Thank you.
The interviewer asked good questions
Great interview…my drivers use his parking in North Texas…you can tell he didn’t want to give the competition too many gems. Can’t blame him though lol…a lot of ppl trying to get on this space
Thanks sir for providing a solution for a very big problem that even the gov have ignored for ever.

@@sanfordclayton3860then don’t come on truck n hustle. I’m starting to see a trend by certain ppl on the show… 🤔
Here's someone addressing a long time problem in trucking. Don't understand the criticism from commenters.
Massachusetts needs you there
Storemytruck is all over, I need to get in this business
Truckers should have an exemption on their hours in those zones with parking restrictions.
You do realize EVERYTHING you own comes on a truck right… even the house you live in
Trucking is 24/7
Can you ask him to spray for ants on the facility. I keep getting ants in my semi and personal truck when I park there.
Dint want to share anything, bring in people that want to share. Bring in more truck parking guests that will share.
How can I open one in riverdale georgia
Great interview!
Safety is very important for me being a lady trucker

Municipalities want a Starbucks built compared to truck parking
all LOVES parking are free, maybe you are referring to PILOT or TA
Whats the address to the location of this truck lot during this interview?
Thank you
He’s the first person making this seem almost impossible to do
It’s not lol

“My family was very poor”
“My father owned several college town liquor stores”
I got alot of land in south texas. Cant get no one to park in it and make money though lol.
wanna sell?
Location,location,location
Is it close to a high way?
@@Eazyset yes
Mines is 5mins off the I-95 North Carolina.
I guess "poor" is a relative term. Father OWNED liquor stores. My experience of poor is food stamps and Section 8. Our poor is not the same sir.

gotta read between the lines. He said what needed to be said. Now, you just have to figure the rest out.

I want to be apart of your team we can do some thangs in the mid south 🤞
Seems like he's not even looking.
