Depends on CAT percentile and work ex. But you do have a decent chance.

Sir I have a doubt. Why do I see many sights advertising join our coaching and clear CAT IN YOUR 1ST ATTEMPT. Is it so hard that even after a good preparation I might miss out?

Putting aside the advertising part, the exam is definitely not easy. The difficulty of the exam keeps varying every year and there's no way you can predict the paper. The quant section of 2023 turned out to be a nightmare to many students who have prepared very hard for the exam. There's no guarantee that 2024 CAT is going to be just like this.
One more reason is, the notion that every aspirant aims for the coveted 99%ile also adds to the difficulty of cracking that percentile.
I'd personally recommend that you don't give importance to these ads and focus on doing your best for CAT 2024.

Sir I am a fresher {10th 85%, 12th 63%, Grad 80%} Engineering student Can I get into IIMs or FMS etc..Is there any possibilities ....How much hard work do I need to put up??
