Thanksgiving will be here soon, and I wanted to try this Thanksgiving Dinner in the oven which was inspired by Ms. Tammy's Crockpot Turkey Dinner over at Collard Valley Cooks! It was sooooo good & EASY to put together! Watch & Enjoy!!!💚

INGREDIENTS I USED:
3lbs Frozen Butterball Turkey Breast
3/4 C Rice (long grain)
2 C Water
1 Small Can Green Beans (drained & rinsed)
1 1/2 C Baby Baker Roasted Potatoes
Poultry Seasoning
1 Large Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Small Can Cream of Celery Soup
2 Cups Broth
1 C Diced Onions (or more)
1 C Diced Celery (or more)
10 Oz Cornbread Stuffing
1 Box Chicken Stove Top Stuffing
Baked @ 375 degrees for 3 hrs. 10 mins.
It would've baked faster had I sliced my turkey a little thinner and also layered differently by adding the turkey first and then layering on top of it.

I would like to taste that little crunchy corner where the dressing stuck. I love the crunchy corners of casserole dishes. 😂 the crunchy corner of macaroni and cheese, or sweet potato casserole or anything like that is the reason why I like to cook to this very day lol.

Yes, downsizing is a real thing. It will be different this year. Even going to the kids house, I have always cooked at my house. Even when I took them to my mom’s house, when they were little. This sounds perfect for just me. Lost of love y’all.

Donna that looks sooo good. This is my absolute favorite time of year. The time between Halloween and Christmas just flies by. It is such a busy time, but there is always good food around, lol. I also am cooking and hosting Thanksgiving this year, which is something that I don't always get to do. That will be a lot of work, but I am so excited for it. Anyway, love you guys so much!

I do a similar casserole
I slice potatoes on bottom, then meat,then soup, then veggies, then I make stuffing and put on top. This way the potatoes get a little crispy on bottom and stuffing does not get soggy. I also do a version with boneless pork chops and creamed corn. Yummy.
