sleep deprivation is a MAJOR problem in the NBA for high minute players...one of the first lessons rookies learn is how to manage money and sleep...not that they listen👀

The most grueling part about the NBA is the 82 game season. An average of 3 games a week. I can't imagine the physical toll that takes...especially when you count post-season games.
