i think the system is learning from driver corrections. last couple of months they included specific cores dedicated to AI in CPU's, that makes processing data much easier.
With regards to RHD or different countries/regulation, Geely have the Lotus Eletre, with all that LIDAR loveliness housed in slightly gawky self-cleaning pods. I just wondered if the level 4 system in that (probably the same as in a Zeekr?) compares well to Xpeng's system here.
That's pretty dang impressive tbh. Some difficult situations and it coped well, aside from the truck glitch. It's clearly machine learning from all the systems in real world. Would need a lotta miles in UK to learn our junctions & driving on the 'correct' side 😁
ive been in one in Guangzhou and was really good. keep in mind...the drivers in CN are a looot more pushy then back in UK. We have very careful drivers in UK. So im sure this system would work great in UK if it was to be implemented
@@electricelliotrichardsLove your FC videos. And these new ones are great too. There is so much speculation about developments in China, any video from within the country is eye opening. I could swear I saw a Mustang Mach-e at 7:59 ???
the drivers in CN are super pushy, maybe you should mention how you feel abou that. I think back in UK we re very fortunate. So all that makes this self driving even more impressive
That's very cool Elliot 😁
Seems very advanced and loved your comparison to your previous experience with the system. Truly is a global opportunity.
Appreciate it!

This is how self driving tech should be done with lidar, radar and cameras, hopefully we see it soon here in Europe
Except Xpeng announced they are dropping LiDAR because they have finally achieved Tesla's level of FSD using just cameras.
Really nice system!! I look forward to having it available in Spain 👏👏👏👏

Hi Elliot, could you please do a more in depth infotainment review, does the G6 have camping or pet or security modes.
Sure thing. I have an X9 soon which will be similar.
@@electricelliotrichards thanks Elliot. Hopefully the G6 will be at the Sydney EE Show, as deliveries start here in the 4th quarter.
@@flukeylukey7559 I hope so too!
Does this mean you aren't hosting for fully charged anymore?
No - still there. Just exploring other niches of China which may not fit the FC channel

@@davidmenasco5743 Thanks David! Yes well spotted, that was a Mach-e!
@@davidmenasco5743 theres so many weird cars here in CN. also great food! come and see
Its already better than 60 percent of people i see on the roads around here, time to stop just handing out licenses to everyone who takes the test.
The system will always drive better than 85% of the idiots behind a steering wheel

please do some videos on yangwang
Soon…trip planned already
Nice NGP 💪 How is the sue of Tesla on XPilot ⁉️did they win ⁉️
What's XNGP stand for?
Xpeng Navigation Guided Pilot
You don't even know how Tesla self driving called, it is not autopilot
Once somebody says Autopilot my eyes roll...that isn't FSD tech at all.
This was pathetic
Thanks for watching
@@electricelliotrichards You are welcome.
