it says TAS in the title which means that at the very least, savestates and slowing down gameplay was used. But its much more likely that every input was done out frame by frame in a separate program.

This AI. The speed at which the top screen is moving is not relative to the way you are allowed to move the pieces. There is also a pattern that is unnatural to human behavior. Specifically at the beginning and towards the end.
