Although actually, Luxo Jr. was their 2nd short, their first one was called Andre and Wally B. But that was back when Pixar was called the Lucasfilm graphics group.

@@PixarFan8695 I didn’t get a chance to see it in theaters yet because I heard it didn’t do really well at the box office due to a lot of things, such as one controversial scene that probably should’ve been left to be taken out. That being sad, I’m glad you got a chance to see it and enjoy it for what it was. I’ll probably just wait for it to come on on Disney+ instead. I do hope it’s a good movie because I love Buzz Lightyear.
@@CJBStudios Same. Even ever since Disney+ was launched, I was really hoping that they'd add Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (both the pilot movie and both seasons of the show) on there. But even now with John Lasseter gone and that the show itself wasn't given a single mention in that "Beyond Infinity" documentary, it's lending me to believe that the current Disney executives and some other Pixar employees didn't like BLoSC either. Maybe there's a justifiable reason to them, but I highly doubt all the lack of any acknowledgement period is all because of John disliking it.
@@PixarFan8695 Maybe so. I really miss John Lasseter working at Pixar, but at least he’s still working in the animation industry in Skydance. I get that not everybody asked for a theatrical Buzz Lightyear spin off film , especially given the fact that it lost against Top Gun: Maverick and Jurassic World: Dominion along with people calling it “woke “. Not to mention what Disney has been doing lately in case you weren’t aware of them no longer being seen as a family friendly company. But I’m sure Lightyear is still really good. And you do have a good point about the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command TV show still not being on Disney+. I actually remember seeing a few reruns of it on ToonDisney back in the day.
