Can I Hit my Handicap in SOUTH AFRICA??

Hi guys, this was the second 9 at Steenberg GC in Cape Town. Felt like I hit the ball better in this video, just the same big blow up hole causing issues as ususal. Without those, I'm down around the level and 1 over mark.
