    This is the best video ever made not only in estimating but in project management more broadly.
    I can’t tell you how often I was brow beaten into giving an estimate that was completely unrealistic and therefore setting me up for failure. An intelligent discussion on estimate could have saved the team from failure and talked about the real issues the fuzzy project scope.
