Couldn’t tell if she got a bit lightheaded after the last rack pull. Any advice there? I went through a stage when my last set of squats would make me a bit lightheaded, but that passed and I’m not sure why.
Keep trying to tell my mother, who complains abour her back, her knees and her general tiredness. Go to the gym, go to the gym and she just says "I know, I know" and then goes on to complain about all the pain.
Strength training is health medicine.

Unfortunately this is the same story for so many of us. Our advice: Show her the videos and be available to answer questions. Don’t be pushy.
