Hey all! While this video may be cute and funny, do NOT try this at home. Feeding your pets carbonation can be harmful and is not a good idea. Carbonation is not good for pets.
@@someoneelse7469 A bit of it probably doesn't hurt but regular consumption could lead to bloat, enamel erosion, stomach irritation. there's no good reason to give your cat sparkling water of any kind.
Remember cats have audio across a range 400x stronger then humans, It is that “fizzing” that sounds like a jet fighter that scares them, its the additional of that roaring noise and movement in the water that scares them. Not the water
No, your jet fighter analogy is completely asinine; simply being able to percieve a wider frequency range has zero impact on actual volume. If the tinfoil sounded like a jet engine to them, then half the cats in this video must love the sound of jet engines, as they're freely playing with the tin foil. And then what on earth are you talking about water for? No idea why you think that's relevant but the vast majority of domestic cats absolutely do have a natural aversion to water. The reality is these cats likely associate the frequencies put out by the tin foil with the sound of predators who they've been evolutionarily programmed to fear or be cautious around. People like you, who speak as if you're experts on a subject when you're simply stating your ill-informed opinions as fact, are genuinely annoying. Try stating your ideas and opinions as what they are: ideas and opinions, instead of stating them as facts- it will make you look much less like an idiot.

Especially if it has caffeine in it too.
Not really good for humans either.
Thank you for adding this!!
Uhm no, it’s not bad for them, as long as there is no caffeine, sugar, artificial sweeteners etc. in it…

I like when cats don't like the things that you show them, so they just immediately choose violence and punch the thing

That remote control next to the water class. Cat would have certainly hit that checkpot if it was not for the sparkling water :)

Angry water ~ Cats probably
Yeah that's probably what they're thinking
Not enough to fool some of the smart kitties. And a few even liked it.
So glad I found this. Just innocently opened a bottle of fizz and my cat acted like he'd been electrocuted.

Man, carbonated water freaks cats out

Personally I’m betting on carbonated water to win😂
I gave my cat some and she ran away from it like she was being attacked and Her eyes were crying 😂
