But I have a theory with the ones when you scratch their backs & they make noises. I think it's causing some kind of sensation in their spine. I just can't figure out if it's pleasure or pain.
the kitties who make the weird sounds and move their heads back and forth when petted on the back side or scratched, it is mostly likely due to an allergy ,,.. they are itchy and u scratch them there,, then they make that noise
