So A9ss hand, 3 bet is good, flop check is fine (way better for opponent’s range), I think turn bet is even fine to target 55-88 / one club holdings / worse 9s (although you have decent showdown value), and river bet was very small so almost inconsequential (~1/6 pot), but it just seems like a clear check back to me. Some weak one pair holdings are going to fold out to any bet, which leaves you with way more hands calling that beat your 9.

I think the AQ is a fold against the 4 bet. Low stakes players are not likely bluffing pre flop

Dig the vlog dude. Nice work.
I would suggest adding some low volume music as background when you’re recounting hand histories. That way it isn’t so quiet and flat.
