Are you using BlueStacks 4? Make sure it’s not BlueStacks 5.
Instead of getting it on bluestacks, i downloaded it on my phone but it keeps crsshing when im on level 8 or 7 I think. I need help if you can offer

I personally have never tried to download it on an Android because I don’t own one. I think it may be incompatible with newer Android devices.
If your on a real android device try using eka2l1 all you need are nokia x7 rom and rpkg files and the spiderman total mayhem sis file
just checked, it is not compatible with the current android OS version
