Shadow Work Embroidery: Hand Embroidery Design by DIY Stitching

Today Hand Embroidery Tutorial : How to do SHADOW WORK EMBROIDERY
Shadow work embroidery technique involves use of closely worked herringbone stitch on the wrong side of transparent or semitransparent (sheer) fabrics or thin fabrics. The work looks complicated but actually it is very easy to do it.
✂ Today Hand Embroidery Stitches:
1. Herringbone stitch (I used: 02 strands)
2. Stem Stitch (I used: 03 strands)
3. French knots (I used: 03 strands)
4. Fish bone Stitch (I used: 03 strands)
5. Blanket stitch (I used: 03 strands)
✂ MATERIALS: ( for Shadow Work Embroidery Tutorial)
Fabric (ORGANZA, VOILES, SEMI SHEER MUSLIN, GEORGETTE, SHEER SILK OR ORGANDY)
Embroidery Floss (Cotton Embroidery Floss)
Beads (Round)
Needle (Sewing organza requires a sharp, small size needle)
Equipment (Carbon Paper/ Tracing paper / Pens/ Pencils)
Pair of scissors
Embroidery Hoop
