ECSC Vietnamese Support Group

This is the story about a group of Vietnamese parents of children with disabilities who were brought together in a support group who have become a force for change in their community. United by Khanh a Vietnamese-speaking advocate for people with disability from Ethnic Community Services Co-operative in Marrickville, the group has learnt about their rights, their children's rights and more importantly to advocate for themselves and their families. Through this shared journey they have become a 'family' network that supports and celebrates strengths and abilities.
