    The format of of this video is exceptional!
    I’ve not seen any videos detail (and time stamp) points of contact, progressions and problems in this way. I’m returning to pole after a long time off and doing more spin than I ever used to, a few of these tips really help.
    Looking forward to more like these; I can imagine it was quite an effort to produce.
    All the best with your channel.

      Thank you so much! Not going to lie, it definitely took a long time to make but I enjoyed it :)
      The format of this video is basically an insight into my brain when I learn any and every pole move :D
      All the best for returning back to pole! How exciting. I may be biased but I definitely think your return to pole is a great one

    Could you possibly make more beginner friendly and intermediate friendly spin pole combos if I described that correctly. I never know how to transition from one spin pole to the next

    • @PoletatoJemPoleDancer
      @PoletatoJemPoleDancer  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure! Yes transitions can be tricky!! I might try to do some demonstrations while speaking in real time. It might be easier to follow. What do you reckon?

      @@PoletatoJemPoleDancer yesterday I did. I have little bruises on the inside of my thighs. Still a beginner. And I am having a hard time with the lean. Like when you sit and lean to the side,, but like I said never even knew about the leaning...I can sit...but not for long! And I laid back as I was sitting too! 😉just got to keep trying. You explain it well and thank you for that.

    • @PoletatoJemPoleDancer
      @PoletatoJemPoleDancer  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@salemtrinity444 Well done!! Oh yes, the inner thighs as super sensitive to getting bruised and tend to hurt lots when doing moves like a sit! You're right! you'll get more used to it the more you do it and toughen up your nerves and skin in the process! Shaving gel or pole grips on the inner thighs can also help if it's really hard not to slide out of a sit 😉

      @@asiaarocks0941 you are not alone 😂 once we are upside down, it gets very confusing 🤣 I promise it gets easier! I’ll also be doing leg hang detailed break down too! Do you put grip behind your leg and behind you inside arm for outside leg hang? Could really help, especially when first learning it! I found it definitely did for me. Over time you might find you don’t need as much grip as your skin becomes less sensitive and you become stronger in your points of contact allowing you to hold yourself up more tightly and securely 😃
