Glad Trif is still pushing the character, hopefully something snaps in place soon and we can start seeing a few Peach & Puff tourney wins again. The floaties has been looking more high tier than top tier the last few years while Yoshi & Falcon rose up to take their place.
Re comment of "I don't think Trif has gotten any grabs" I know live commentary is difficult, but in general when you say "I don't think he used " it's not correct. Trif got 3 successful grabs in the first game one leading to a KO. Mango was obviously dominant in that game and Trif did miss a few.
That downtilt from Mang was sick. You know the one. This was a lot of Trif giving Mango an inch and him taking a mile, at least in the first couple games. Was a pretty good fight the last couple games I thought. Good melee!
