Hi Rob 👋🏼 With the sodium thiosulfate you can make it in to a liquid dechlorinator by putting 125 grams in 1 litre of boiled water. The reason for using boiled water isn't to dissolve the crystals. It's to kill a common bacterial contamination of the soduim thiosulfate. It's said that the bacteria are harmless to koi but it will shorten the life of the stock solution. The stock solution dose rate is 10ml per 100 uk gallons. That is the dose rate for new water added and not the whole pond but as you cant overdose i usually dose for total pond volume. Sodium thiosulfate does remove chlorine but not chloramines so be sure what you have so you can treat accordingly. Take care matey 👍🏼
@@robprice4095 No way, I’m in Muxton. You’ll have to come round for a beer and a look at the pond once it’s finished and the COVID restrictions have been lifted.👍😊
Thanks for sharing 👍

Nice fish👍 interesting about the K3 as your water looks really clear so perhaps bigger is best. Enjoyed the vid. Stay safe👍🐟🈲😊

@@robprice4095 Great, you’ll obviously see when it’s up and running so (COVID permitting) let’s arrange something once it’s done.👍😊
Definitely Phil, and when my decking is finished you will have to come over and have a look at my pond before I change it next year 👍🍺
Two in a week, easy tiger!
