I'm going to eventually buy an Aloecasia ( sp) Silver Dragon, I love that Silvery colour, and that one I rescued is doing Great, it's putting out new leaves, all the time? I thought for sure it would die.
You need to tell everyone to be building their Aglaonema collection Tuh-Day because with all your hard work everyone is going to want their own collection and people are going to be wishing they'd gotten started before the prices start to zoom as they are discovered! Lol

I didn't get great news from my cardiologist today but I know a positive attitude is half the battle. I'm very thankful both hubby and I survived critical care. Hubby won't be home anytime soon but we're both striving to improve.
One of my physical therapists remarked about how much he loved my plants. He went on to explain that he studies the psychology of a healthy and happy home and the things recommended were plants, a water feature and lots of wood. He told me my home was the first one where all 3 were present. That made up for the very few who say unkind things about too many plants, etc. We plant people have learned all the benefits plants provide!
I wanted to mention how much I appreciate my low maintenance plants right now. With my health being precarious, my low maintenance plants allow me to divide my time and energy to continue properly taking care of my jungle! If they were all high maintenance, I'd be overwhelmed so I think it's good to have a balance!

Richie, missed the live so much! Was at the hospital. Wanted to share a plant that might satisfy your urge for a Hedera Helix. It's common name is Wax Ivy and it's technically related to some of the string succulents that I know you grow well. They definitely come in variegated colors. The technical name is Senecio macroglossus and it's very reasonably priced.

Apparently they are good to have in where you have black mold, we have lots in our house, if we could get it all renoe'd then it would be gone, but have to try to afford one room at a time. BUT hedra helix, are supposed to be really good for cleaning black mold out of the air? It will be at the other end of the house, away from any plants. So we will see how it goes, have to find one first though. LOL But not until the end of the month.

Food has been jumping up to 2.00 per item in the last month here, it's Grim. We NEED an Election badly!!!

My anthurium feed my jungle vibe! I love the leaves and the variety with dark, red, special veining, etc. I just love them!
